The buffalo mozzarella or mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP is probably the most famous product of the Italian region of Campania. The buffalo mozzarella is a great pleasure and an art. The Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP with all its different variants revives a passion for the history of Italy, a country that houses a true treasure in the marshes of Campania: The queen of dairy cows - the water buffalo. The taste of buffalo milk is unique, the flavor and aroma of the mozzarella are the result of long and careful craftsmanship in making products from buffalo milk. Thanks to the original method of production, the buffalo mozzarella still tastes just as our grandparents know it from the good old days. The more authentic the product, the more natural and tasty it is. At this point we could tell you that the buffalo mozzarella from Campania is produced only by the strict rules of tradition. Or write about the care with which the production takes place, so that the product gets so healthy and tasty. We could tell you how good it tastes - delicious with tomato, bread and some olive oil. We could ... but in the end you have to try the mozzarella yourself to experience the great taste with all your senses. Orders that contain buffalo mozzarella and burrata are always only shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays. To obtain the products in the same week, it is recommended to order and pay by Tuesday evening. This fresh product contains no preservatives. Its durability is 7 days. A personal note from the OIP team: We have traveled a lot in Italy before we have found the best mozzarella we've ever had - and we've already eaten a lot of mozzarella in our lives! We found it in Aversa at the dairy factory Sant'Antimo. The dairy factory Sant'Antimo is a small company that produces only extremely high-quality goods. Sometimes one or the other product is temporarily unavailable. Sometimes the weight of the product varies. Sometimes the balls are smaller, but more are included in the pack, sometimes they are larger. The weights are therefore approximate. In any case, they are the best that have ever tasted our experienced palate. Please convince yourself of it!
